Position: Recruitment Executive

Incentives: Performance-based

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage with potential healthcare candidates.
Provide detailed information regarding job descriptions, salaries, and locations to candidates.
Facilitate the recruitment process to ensure successful placements of healthcare staff in the UK.

Qualifications:

Strong academic background.
Previous experience in an international call center is advantageous.
Excellent fluency in English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
