You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions. Whether you're handling inbound or outbound calls, your goal will be to close sales deals and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
Present products and services professionally and persuasively.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure a seamless experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and increase closing rates.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and meeting objectives.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: 60,000 - 100,000 PKR/month
Incentives: Earn up to 500,000 PKR per month in bonuses
