You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals independently. This is a high-impact position ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, self-motivation, and the ability to drive results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage the entire sales process to convert leads into customers.
Conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and establish rapport with potential clients.
Present and promote our services confidently, addressing client needs and objections.
Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure successful closures.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high closing rate.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, with a proven track record in closing.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Mindset: Results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
