- Familiarity with handling cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Basic understanding of tax calculations and billing practices.
- Ability to work with confidentiality.
- Receive and disburse payments (cash, checks, and online transfers) from students, patients, and other sources.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and issue receipts.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of cash at all times.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the finance department.
- Perform regular reconciliations of cash and bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with the institute financial policies and government regulations.
- Keep all financial records secure and ensure data confidentiality.
- Educational institute experience will be preferred.
