We are looking for an on-site AI Developer with hands-on experience in building custom chatbots, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools that serve real-world business needs.

You will be responsible for implementing large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and autonomous agent architectures. You will also contribute to projects involving computer vision, data integration, and scalable backend systems.

The role requires a strong foundation in Python, experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to deliver production-ready tools. This position is based on-site at our local office.

Skills Required

Strong programming skills in Python
Experience building custom chatbots or conversational AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, Rasa, or FastAPI
Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic Claude, Mistral, or similar
Knowledge of prompt engineering and multi-turn dialogue management
Experience developing or integrating autonomous AI agents (e.g., Auto-GPT, CrewAI, BabyAGI)
Hands-on experience with computer vision tools such as OpenCV, YOLO, or MediaPipe
Understanding of vector databases and embeddings (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Quadrant)
Proficiency in working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Knowledge of deployment practices, including Docker, containerization, and basic CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of how to build and scale production-ready AI systems
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
