We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and messages, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions
Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in software applications and technology
Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
