We are looking for a highly motivated Call Operator & Order Booker to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, promotions, and follow-ups.
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the system.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Keep updated with company products, pricing, and promotions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role (call center, customer service, or telemarketing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
