We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Animator with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will utilize your skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, to produce high-quality designs and animations that captivate audiences. Your creativity and attention to detail will play critical roles as you help us build visually stunning graphics and compelling animations that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate closely with other designers and team members to conceptualize and execute projects that meet our clients' needs. This position does not involve managing a team and focuses instead on individual contribution and creativity.

Responsibilities

Create unique and visually appealing designs and animations for various media, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Design characters, backgrounds, and other elements for animations that align with project themes and concepts.
Edit images and videos to ensure high-quality graphics that adhere to brand standards.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for new projects and campaigns.
Utilize Adobe After Effects to produce dynamic animations that enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
Maintain consistent brand identity through effective and cohesive design elements across all platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and animation to continuously improve skills and outputs.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from peers and clients to achieve the best possible results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Present design concepts and completed projects to clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
