Additionally, you manage a team of 100 individuals, providing leadership and direction to ensure that all brand initiatives are executed effectively and that each team member feels valued and empowered in their role. Your expertise in event promotion and social media management will be essential in driving our messaging and supporting our marketing strategies.Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to increase awareness and engagement within the community.
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community engagement activities to represent the brand effectively.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content, drive conversations, and showcase brand initiatives and offerings.
Lead and supervise a diverse team of 100 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance.
Train and mentor team members to ensure they embody brand values and effectively communicate brand messages.
Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage budgets for events and promotions, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting branding objectives.
Track and report on campaign performance and brand initiatives, using insights to refine future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align brand messaging and strategy.
