Hours: 9am - 6pm / Monday - Saturday

A social media specialist is a skilled professional responsible for developing and executing social media strategies. They create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. Social media specialists are knowledgeable in various social media platforms and utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Building and executing social media strategies
Generating and publishing daily content
Optimizing company pages on various platforms
Moderating user-generated content & analyzing social data
Collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or some relevant field
