We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead Sales to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, particularly in the Point of Sales sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead by example, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and product demos.
- Develop proposals and close deals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of software sales experience, preferably in Point of Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
