  • Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and determining their interest level and eligibility for solar energy solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for our solar energy experts with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on solar energy industry trends, incentives, and regulations to answer customer inquiries effectively.
  • Cold Calling: Contacting potential clients or leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Lead Qualification: Determining the potential client's level of interest, budget, and needs to ensure that they are a qualified lead.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives or other team members based on the availability of both parties.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all communications, appointments, and client information in a CRM system or database.
  • Follow-Up: Following up with leads to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, or address any questions or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and the quality of leads generated.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client inquiries or issues with professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with sales representatives and other team members to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointments.

Education and Experience:
