KAW Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and processing customer orders
- Maintain records of sales transactions, payments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with the supply and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Communicate with distributors and customers regarding status and product availability
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent support
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and distributors
