Bold Investment, an investment company based in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking an experienced M&A professional based in Pakistan. Our core business focuses on making acquisitions and investments globally to expand our group. Currently, we are looking to expand our business in Pakistan and establish capital alliances with local companies. We operate with a long-term vision, fostering relationships built on trust and aiming for mutual success. We are looking for a person in charge of promoting M&A business who will be responsible for total M&A operations from deal identification, closing, and post-acquisition management to increase the number of group companies.
Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate buy-side deals with companies in Pakistan.
- Work closely with Japan teams to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for investment and acquisition.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop growth plans and strategies for the acquired businesses.
- Conduct internal due diligence and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential deals.
- Communicate openly and effectively with Pakistan and Japan teams during the deal process, including regular meetings and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully closing M&A transactions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess investment opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Knowledge of Pakistan market trends and regulations related to M&A activities.
Conditions:
- Candidates must already have ongoing deals or projects that can be closed with Bold Investment.
- The candidate will have open communication channels with Pakistan and Japan teams and will attend meetings to facilitate deal closure.
- A commission will be paid to the applicant upon the successful closing of a deal with Japan, based on the agreed deal size and commission percentage.
