Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and managing job postings.
Support HR operations and documentation.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Participate in various HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.
Work closely with the recruiting manager.
Any other task assigned.

Requirements:

BBA degree with a major in HR.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and its professional networking capabilities.
