We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
  • Utilize platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other remote job hunting platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other remote job hunting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
