We’re looking for a motivated, confident Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with business owners who need our services.
This is a remote role focused on booking qualified sales calls — no hard selling required, just opening conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners (leads & scripts provided)
- Follow a proven script and process to qualify prospects
- Schedule discovery calls directly into our calendar
- Take detailed notes and update our CRM after each call
- Follow up with warm leads and callbacks
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Clear, fluent spoken English with a confident and professional tone
- Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day
- Available to work during U.S. business hours
- Stable internet, quality headset, and quiet work environment
- Driven, coachable, and consistent
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or agency sales
- Experience using CRMs, dialers, and scheduling tools
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly or commission-based pay depending on experience
