ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are currently looking for a Brand NPI Project Coordinator to join our Central Europe marketing team. In this role, you ll be a key player in leading innovation projects and managing new product initiatives across markets, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Manage New Product Initiatives (NPIs) across multiple Central European markets plan already in scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand development, packaging, compliance, and regulatory approvals
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with governance and creative asset approval compliance
Keep project systems updated and ensure all documentation and processes are aligned with internal standards
Act as a connector between marketing, supply chain, product centers, and other key stakeholders

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

2 3 years of experience in Project Management, marketing acumen can be an advantage.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and excellent planning abilities
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational FMCG environment
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally MS Project
Fluent in English
Bachelor s degree in project management, business, or a related field
