We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, particularly in promoting HRMS or ERP solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and growing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for our cloud-based HRMS system
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers
- Develop strong client relationships and maintain a sales pipeline
- Work closely with the technical team to align product features with client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Represent BYTEEXPO at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRMS Sale
- Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales strategies
- Self-driven with a passion for technology and innovation
