Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process online orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Track shipments and update customers on their order status.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns are reflected in order processing.
  • Assist in managing returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in order processing, dispatch, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
