We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for accounting, a strong background in financial management, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • CA or ACCA certification is required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the chemical distribution or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Chempax, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
