NetSuite Specialist - ERP Software

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Specialist ERP Software to manage, support, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering and configuring NetSuite, troubleshooting system issues, and working closely with business teams to ensure the system supports business operations effectively.

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, system configurations, and continuous improvement within the NetSuite ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it functions smoothly and supports business requirements.
Configuration & Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite modules (such as Financial Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, CRM, etc.) based on organizational needs.
Implementation Support: Assist with the setup, testing, and deployment of NetSuite modules and upgrades, working alongside project teams and business stakeholders.
Training & Support: Provide user training and create documentation for end-users. Offer ongoing technical support for troubleshooting issues or system errors.
System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, sales, procurement) to ensure the ERP system supports key business processes.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop customized reports and dashboards to assist business decision-making using NetSuite’s reporting tools.
Integration Management: Support integrations between NetSuite and other third-party systems (CRM, POS, etc.), ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Project Management: Lead or participate in projects involving system updates, new module implementations, or process reengineering.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite ERP software.
Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and/or SuiteAnalytics is highly desirable.
Familiarity with NetSuite’s financial, CRM, and supply chain modules.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP software systems, particularly NetSuite.
Strong understanding of database management, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization (NetSuite saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various business units.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other NetSuite customization tools.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
Experience with cross-functional teams to support implementation or upgrade projects.
Familiarity with accounting, financial management, or supply chain processes.
