  • Packing of orders as per order slip
  • Merchandise pick up from nearby vendors.
  • Verify order accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with courier company riders
  • coordinate with colleagues, properly follow up on company SOP 
  • time punctuality and be willing to take ownership of the assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, and deliveries.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to order fulfillment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant computer programs.
  • Ability to operate computer software and web portals.
