Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, client briefs, and design objectives.
Develop visually stunning and user-centric designs for digital and print media, including web interfaces, mobile applications, social media graphics, branding materials, and more.
Utilize industry-leading software, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create and refine design concepts, mockups, and prototypes.
Implement best practices in UI/UX design to create seamless and intuitive user experiences across various digital platforms.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your design work to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and relevant.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs on digital platforms.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of quality and meeting project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to present and explain design concepts and gather feedback.
Assist in maintaining and upholding brand identity guidelines across all design materials.
Contribute to design discussions, critiques, and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement and creativity within the team.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, as well as expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work, and Illustrator and Photoshop for creating high-quality graphics and illustrations.
In-depth understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and impactful designs.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality design outputs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in suggesting new design ideas and improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
