Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cafe inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, and equipment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate and secure the best possible pricing and terms for all purchases
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies
Monitor stock levels and implement procedures to prevent stock-outs
Oversee the receiving process and ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete
Track inventory costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

Maintain accurate records of all inventory purchases and usage, including:

Purchase orders
Vendor invoices
Receiving reports
Stock level logs
Inventory adjustments
Prepare reports on inventory levels and costs
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management

Requirements and Qualifications

Matriculation to Bachelor's Degree (BA) in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales and purchase role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
Strong understanding of inventory management principles
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry

Job Timings: From 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Work Days: (Monday to Saturday)
