Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
  • Participating in quality checks of incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
  • Coordinating with logistics providers for transportation and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Familiarizing yourself with inventory management systems and software used for tracking shipments and maintaining records.
  • Adhering to import regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.

Qualifications

  • B. Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
  • Fresh, no experience required
