We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with the international team to align business objectives and communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
