We are looking for a motivated and results-driven TeleSales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through phone-based communication. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
Maintain a detailed database of customer information and interactions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively sell products.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and customer outreach efforts.
Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales is a plus.
