You’re not just a manager—you’re a hands-on digital expert and a builder. You’ll roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, optimize websites, and drive results, while also leading operations and developing systems that keep the team aligned and clients happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Build and optimize websites and landing pages (WordPress, funnel builders, etc.)
- Oversee campaign execution, reporting, and team coordination
- Own CRM and automation systems using GoHighLevel
- Collaborate with the U.S. leadership team for planning and execution
- Help recruit, onboard, and retain top digital talent in Pakistan
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
What You Bring
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience (including hands-on work)
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools
- Strong website and funnel-building skills (WordPress, ClickFunnels, etc.)
- Experience or strong interest in GoHighLevel
- Leadership qualities and experience managing remote teams
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English and an excellent communicator
- Able to deliver with speed, quality, and ownership
