You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. Your goal is to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive leads. You will work closely with our accountancy team to align marketing efforts with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimise our online presence, including website, social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the accountancy team to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing campaigns.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of content creation, management, and digital advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the accountancy or financial services industry is a plus.
Salary: The salary for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist will be from PKR 70,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
