We are looking for ASO and UA Specialists.

Location: Islamabad (On-site)

Responsibilities:

App Ideation & Market Analysis - Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and CPI/ROAS data to identify high-potential app ideas for development and publishing.

User Acquisition Strategy – Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns to drive installs and subscriptions.
Performance Marketing – Monitor key UA metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficient ad spend and maximize revenue.
App Store Optimization (ASO) – Optimize app store listings (keywords, creatives, descriptions, A/B testing) to improve visibility and organic installs.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics to identify trends, test new strategies, and make informed scaling decisions.
Creative Testing & Ad Optimization – Work with designers to test different ad creatives, videos, and copy to improve conversion rates.
Retention & Monetization – Analyze user behavior post-install to improve retention, in-app purchases, and ad revenue strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UA & ASO for mobile apps.
Strong understanding of CPI, tROAS, LTV, ARPU, and payback period calculations.
Hands-on experience with ASA, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads for mobile app campaigns.
Knowledge of organic ASO strategies and app store ranking factors.
Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and iterate marketing strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making.
