We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Inventory / QuickBooks Online Assistant with expertise in managing inventory from China and handling accounts-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product sourcing, stock levels, supplier coordination, and financial reconciliation to ensure smooth operations of our e-commerce business.
Salary: 60K to 80K
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory procurement from China-based suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock audits and cycle counts.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in China.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays effectively.
QuickBooks Online & Financial Management:
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Reconcile inventory costs and maintain financial reports related to procurement and stock valuation.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control strategies for inventory procurement.
- Collaborate with the finance team for proper financial reporting and tax compliance.
