Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and value of our insurance products.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs through in-depth consultations, and recommend appropriate coverage options that align with their requirements and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. A strong track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to learn quickly and utilize new technology and tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
