Supports our Operations/Administrators by posting open positions on social media and job search platforms, filtering resumes for best-suited candidates, monitoring social media and job search platforms for accuracy, communicating with the Operations/Administrators status of filling those positions, scheduling interviews and maintaining a record of progress. Maintains continuity with health insurance and all aspects involving compliance. In addition, works closely with the facilities controlling budgetary structure in this fast-paced environment. Must be able to build rapport with the facility management teams.
