An international NGO working in Pakistan requires the services of four senior officers for its various projects mostly related to training and capacity building.

The employer organization is running a capacity building program since last 10 years. The program aims at helping civil society organizations (NGOs) perform more effectively and efficiently. The program is implemented through many training initiatives of various types and duration. One major part of the program is about training NGO staff members on various skills and sets of knowledge required by these organizations. Another is focused on accountability mechanisms for NGOs working for emergency relief and rehabilitation still another is devoted to training of teachers of rural schools.
