Punjab Saaf Paani Company is incorporated as a not-for-profit company under Section 42 Companies Ordinance, 1984 by the Government of Punjab with the mandate to design, manage and execute innovative clean drinking water solutions for the rural and semirural / peri-urban areas of the Punjab in collaboration with stakeholders, so as to provide access to clean drinking water to 100% population living in such areas, in a phase manner, by or before 2018. In the first phase , PSPC aims to provide access to clean drinking water to 10 Million people.
