You will play a crucial role in expanding our solar energy solutions. This position involves engaging with potential clients, developing tailored proposals, and driving sales of our solar systems. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, ensuring a seamless sales experience that supports sustainable energy growth.

Responsibilities

Visit potential customers to assess their energy needs and propose customized solar solutions that align with their requirements.
Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed insights into our solar products and services.
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and system designs, ensuring clear communication of technical aspects.
Conduct site visits with prospective buyers, explaining system benefits and addressing technical queries to facilitate sales closure.
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from initial contact to final implementation.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to company growth and expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical details for customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
Passion for renewable energy and a results-driven mindset.
