You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales for our solar energy solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our solar energy solutions and identifying their energy needs.
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls and WhatsApp, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy in a simple and compelling manner to encourage customer interest.
- Follow up with leads, build relationships, and nurture potential clients until they are ready to make a purchase.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business success.
Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn leads into customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital communication tools.
- A positive attitude, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
