Job Description:
As a Web Developer at Coreapplet, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to clients' specifications. You will work closely with our team to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Implement e-commerce solutions with WooCommerce and Shopify, including payment gateways and shipping options.
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for speed, and SEO-friendly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with team and clients to understand project scope and deliverables.
• Keep up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in web development.
• Proficient in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of web hosting and domain management.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
