Assistant Manager GWP

As an Assistant Manager of GWP at Cotton Web Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing production operations related to GWP (Garments, Workwear, and Protective Clothing). You will utilize your leadership and analytical abilities to supervise a dedicated team of 10 personnel, ensuring that all production processes are executed efficiently and safely. With a background in Textile or Industrial Engineering, you will coordinate workflow alongside various departments to meet and exceed quality and productivity benchmarks. Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency in GWP production.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
