Tele Marketing In-bound - Candidates with experience of any Call Center are preferred
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and skilled Tele Sales Agent to join our team and lead our social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Receive the client's call from UK and USA and answer their queries to satisfy the client.
- Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Agent or similar role.
- Strong understanding of English UK's accent.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Good computer skills.
