We're seeking a skilled and motivated developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for those who thrive in challenging startup environments. You’ll work directly with our core team and CEO Ben to develop bots, integrate APIs, and deploy AI-driven solutions for clients and the company.
Tech Stack:
- Must-have: Python, JavaScript, React, AWS (lambda, EC2), API integration, Selenium, LLM Prompt Engineering
- Bonus Skills: HTML
Requirements:
- Fully fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours (12-hour difference from Pakistan)

- Technical Screening: You’ll complete a coding test to assess your skills.
- Portfolio Review: We’ll evaluate your past projects for relevant experience.
- Soft Skill Assessment: We’ll test your communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Paid Trial Project: You’ll complete a small project to showcase your real-world capabilities before moving to a full-time role.
- Clear Contract Terms: Our contracts offer hourly, project-based bonuses, and potential equity after consistent high performance.
Compensation:
