Job Description:

As an Amazon Brand Manager at Creator Brand Economy, you will play a crucial role in our e-commerce success story. Your primary focus will be on managing our Amazon presence, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth operations on the platform. You'll be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Optimization: Create and manage Amazon listings that are highly engaging and optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
Sourcing Expertise: Specialize in sourcing products from China, utilizing platforms like Alibaba or 1688 to find cost-effective and high-quality products for our brand.
UPC Management: Generate and manage UPCs to ensure product listings comply with Amazon's requirements.
Shipping Plans: Coordinate and execute shipping plans efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to Amazon fulfilment centres.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
Amazon Case Handling: Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support, addressing issues such as policy violations, listing problems, and account health.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges or roadblocks encountered during the selling process on Amazon.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon Brand Manager or similar role within e-commerce.
Proficiency in creating and optimizing Amazon listings.
Expertise in sourcing products from China via platforms like Alibaba or 1688.
Familiarity with UPC generation and management.
Strong knowledge of shipping plans and logistics.
Inventory management experience.
Ability to handle Amazon cases and resolve issues effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
