We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Executive to manage and oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, maintain provider records, and coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers.
Verify healthcare provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and education.
Maintain and update provider information in credentialing databases.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation bodies, and payer requirements.
Coordinate with insurance companies, hospitals, and regulatory agencies for credentialing approvals.
Monitor expiration dates of provider certifications and licenses, ensuring timely renewals.
Prepare and submit credentialing applications and supporting documents.
Respond to inquiries from providers, payers, and internal teams regarding credentialing status.
Assist in audits and reviews related to credentialing and compliance.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credentialing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical billing.
Knowledge of credentialing processes, insurance requirements, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
