We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government (USA) Project Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in using GovWin to identify and secure federal projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in successfully acquiring federal contracts and managing the proposal process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize GovWin and other relevant tools to identify, analyze, and pursue federal project opportunities.
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals that meet federal requirements and deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal agencies and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to federal project opportunities and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Track and report on the status of proposals and contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with GovWin and federal contracting.
- Strong understanding of federal RFP processes and requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
