Job Responsibilities
Develop & Implement HR Policies – Ensure effective execution of HR policies in alignment with company goals.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Maintain a positive work culture, resolve conflicts, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management – Oversee performance evaluations, appraisals, and feedback systems.
Payroll & Compensation Management – Coordinate payroll, benefits, and salary structures.
Training & Development – Plan training programs and workshops for employee skill enhancement.
Compliance & Legal Requirements – Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
