What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a telemarketing team handling USA-based inbound & outbound campaigns
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed targets
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to enhance team performance
  • Monitor call quality, sales scripts, and customer interactions to ensure excellence
  • Analyze performance data and optimize sales processes to boost conversions

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically in USA-based telemarketing campaigns
  •  Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  •  A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  •  Availability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM) in Lahore
