Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Mastery: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and engaging them in meaningful conversations.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic research and prospecting.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening, effective communication, and follow-up.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each client's needs, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
Targets and Quotas: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently, driving revenue growth for the company.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in cold calling and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
