We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our software products.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure software compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer in a software house or tech company.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) for test automation
