Coordinate with the respective department and submit the event form in the back office before the start
the event
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Prepare meeting with the respective department before start the event for to discuss provide the facilities
Coordinate all operations
Supervise all staff with the help of particular department supervisors (Khadmeen, IT Dept., Madni Channel (Audio + Video), Electrical, Maintenance, HVAC, Kitchen etc.)
